Google Search Adds Music Band Album Songs Timeline

New Songs Preview on Google Search & Youtube

Google introduced the band Info box quite a while ago as part of the Knowledge Graph, but now if you click on one of the songs you’ll be taken to a new page featuring all the band songs in sort of a timeline view (even though it doesn’t seem to be sorted by date). At the moment though, you’re not able to listen to the song on Google’s Search page itself – when you click on the video thumbnail you’ll be transferred to Youtube. It would be cool if it was possible to listen the songs directly from Google search (i.e. via an embedded player), but perhaps that

I use Google Keep on a daily basis, and love it. This update make what was already a great product even better, with new features such as completed tasks, searchable text in images and more. Google Reveals Android Wear

Google Reveals Android Wear

Google is partnering with HTC, LG & Samsung to manufacture their first wearable devices, under the code name Android Wear. The devices will have a new UI designed specifically for the wearable tech, which looks in many ways similar to minimal yet beautiful design of Google Now. As Google describes in their official blog post, Android Wear will provide another way of accessing “useful information when you need it most”. The first  devices we’ll be  seeing on the market are the beautiful  Moto 360 by Motorola (on the left) and the G Watch by LG. Main features to be expected from Google Wear Watches: – Post updates from Google+ -

Google New Search Results Page

New Google Search Results Page

As we all do at least 50 times a day, I used Google Search today. But this time when I landed on the results page, I noticed something was different. The titles were no longer underlined, the spacing between the search results seemed larger & the font seemed to be bigger. After playing around with the new search results page I figured I really like the new look, and thought it might be interesting to create a comparisons between the old and new designs. For demonstration purposes I’ll be using “Google Maps” as the search term, and screenshots from Google.com (old look) and Google.co.uk (new look).

A fresh start

A Fresh Start.

The Comfort Zone Every once in a while it’s good to stop what you’re doing and make a fresh start, and not necessarily because something has gone wrong. It’s possible that you’re very happy with where you’re at now, and you feel like you’ve found your ultimate comfort zone and never want step out of it. If you feel that way it might be a great thing, but it might also be the reason you’re not advancing to the next level. It’s easy to get taken over by the daily routine where you find yourself repeating the same tasks over and over again, and when that happens
